PRG’s group homebuyer workshop walks you through the home buying process. Workshop topics are presented by industry professionals, and we use the Home Stretch Curriculum designed by the Minnesota Home Ownership Center.

Our Home Stretch Homebuyer Workshops meet HUD guidelines and are offered both in person as well as via Zoom. Completing an eight-hour homebuyer workshop is required by most lenders offering special loan programs and for most down payment assistance programs. It’s a great way to learn to make good choices as a first-time homebuyer. Sessions are open to any person or family thinking about buying a home. There is no minimum or maximum income limit.
