What to Expect From Your HUD-Approved Advisor
A review of your household income and expenses followed by recommendations that will help you achieve your goal of homeownership.
Assessment and analysis of your credit report to determine whether you are currently eligible for a mortgage. Development of a plan to either build or improve your credit score.
We will identify which assistance programs and loan products are the best fit for your situation.
